After checkout, Auramere keeps your order moving through confirmation, hand preparation, dispatch, and tracking. Use this guide to understand what each stage means and when to contact us.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. Review the shipping address, email address, and selected items as soon as it arrives.

Processing

Most pieces are prepared within 2-4 business days before shipment. Handmade, customized, or high-volume period orders may need extra time.

Tracking

Tracking is sent by email after dispatch. It can take 24-72 hours for the carrier scan to appear after the label is created.

What happens after you order

Confirmation

Your order is received and payment is authorized. If anything looks incorrect, contact us quickly with your order number.

Preparation

Your bracelet or jewelry piece is checked, packed, and prepared from our Hanoi studio workflow.

Dispatch

When your parcel is handed to the carrier, you will receive tracking details by email.

Delivery

Track the parcel through the carrier link. Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift during customs checks, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Changes, delays, and missing deliveries

Auramere pieces are handmade and prepared through our Hanoi, Vietnam studio workflow. We currently write this policy around United States customers, with clear timelines and conservative delivery estimates.

US duties and taxes

For US orders, duties and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout. If a carrier asks you to pay before delivery, contact us before paying.

Important delivery notes

  • Delivery estimates are business days and do not include weekends or local public holidays.
  • Carrier delays, customs checks, weather events, incorrect addresses, and peak shopping periods may extend delivery time.
  • Please enter a complete delivery address. Auramere is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • If a parcel is returned to sender because of an address issue or failed delivery attempt, we will review the case and advise the next available option.

Before paying extra carrier charges: US duties and taxes should be included. Email auramere.official@gmail.com with a screenshot of the carrier request so we can review it.

Returns & exchanges

We follow a clear 30-day return window for eligible pieces. The policy is designed to be fair to customers while protecting handmade jewelry that cannot be resold once worn or altered.

Eligible returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery when the item is unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and order details.

Return shipping responsibility

For change-of-mind, fit, or preference returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and safe packaging.

Return process

Contact us first

Email auramere.official@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos showing the item condition.

Wait for instructions

Do not send an item back without approval. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions.

Ship securely

Pack the item in its original packaging or equally protective packaging. We recommend tracked shipping because the parcel remains your responsibility until received.

Inspection and refund

After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing can take 5-10 business days.

Covered by Auramere support

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. When the issue is confirmed, Auramere will provide the most appropriate support, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or return shipping assistance.

Not eligible for standard return

  • Items that have been worn, altered, repaired by a third party, scratched, damaged, or exposed to water, perfume, chemicals, or misuse.
  • Customized, personalized, resized, or made-to-order pieces unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, packaging-only purchases, or items missing original packaging and order details.
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges as a standard process. If the issue is sizing, fit, or a support case, contact us and we will advise whether a resize, return, replacement, or new order is the correct path.

One-year limited warranty

Auramere offers a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date for manufacturing defects only. Warranty support requires proof of purchase and review by our team.

Covered

Manufacturing issues such as a faulty clasp, structural stringing failure, loose component caused by assembly, or an unusual plated finish issue under normal wear and care.

Not covered

Normal wear, scratches, fading from use, water or chemical exposure, misuse, accidental damage, loss, theft, natural stone variation, and third-party repair.

Warranty claim process

Send proof

Email auramere.official@gmail.com with your order number, purchase email, clear photos, and a short description of what happened.

Review

We review the photos and order record. If needed, we may ask for additional images or request the item for inspection.

Resolution

If the issue qualifies, Auramere may repair, replace, refund, or offer another appropriate solution at our discretion.

The warranty does not replace proper care. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or applying perfume, sunscreen, lotion, or alcohol-based products.

Where is my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not moved for more than 72 hours after dispatch, or the parcel is past the estimated delivery window, email auramere.official@gmail.com with your order number.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders need 2-4 business days for processing before shipment. Standard US shipping is estimated at 15-25 business days after dispatch, while express US shipping is estimated at 7-15 business days after dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. We can only request a change before dispatch and cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If confirmed, Auramere will help with the appropriate replacement, repair, refund, or return support.

How do returns work?

Eligible unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with original packaging. For change-of-mind, fit, or preference returns, customers pay return shipping. Contact us first before sending anything back.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges as a standard process. If you need sizing support or received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us and we will review the best available solution.

What does the warranty cover?

Our 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear, scratches, water or chemical damage, misuse, loss, natural stone variation, third-party repair, or accidental breakage.

Are your stones natural?

Our stones are supplier-confirmed natural stones. Because natural stones vary, each piece may show differences in color, tone, pattern, inclusions, or bead size.

Are your stones lab certified or origin traceable?

No. Unless a product page states otherwise, Auramere does not claim lab certification, mine origin, or full origin traceability for stones. Our material language is based on supplier confirmation.

What metals do you use?

Product pages may describe stainless steel, titanium steel, or plated finishes depending on the piece. We keep public material language simple and avoid overclaiming technical plating methods unless shown on the product page.

How should I choose bracelet size?

Measure around your wrist where the bracelet will sit, then choose your preferred fit. For a snug fit, use your wrist measurement. For a comfort fit, add about 0.5-1.0 cm. For a looser fit, add about 1.0-1.5 cm.

How should I care for my bracelet?

Keep jewelry away from water, perfume, lotion, alcohol, sunscreen, sweat, chlorine, salt, and harsh cleaning products. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and store separately in a pouch or jewelry box.

Do you accept custom orders?

Custom requests may be reviewed case by case depending on material availability and production capacity. Custom, personalized, or resized pieces are usually not eligible for standard return unless defective or incorrect.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include major cards, Shop Pay, and other Shopify-supported options depending on your location and device.

Auramere uses careful, conservative product language. We want customers to understand what we can confirm, what we do not claim, and how handmade jewelry naturally varies.

What we can say

Natural stones

Our stones are supplier-confirmed natural stones. We do not describe stones as synthetic, dyed, or heat-treated unless supplier information supports that statement for the specific material.

Metal language

Customer-facing material descriptions use clear terms such as stainless steel, titanium steel, and durable plated finish when relevant to the piece.

Handmade process

Pieces are assembled, checked, and packed through a handmade workflow in Hanoi, Vietnam. Small variations are part of hand-finished jewelry.

What we do not claim

No lab certification claim

Unless a product page specifically provides certification, Auramere does not claim independent gem lab certification for stones.

No mine-origin claim

We do not claim exact mine origin, full origin traceability, or chain-of-custody documentation for stones unless expressly stated.

No permanent finish promise

Plated finishes are durable with proper care but are not permanent. Wear can happen over time, especially with friction, water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals.

No medical claims

Stone meanings are offered as symbolic, cultural, or personal-intention references. Auramere jewelry is not medical treatment and does not diagnose, cure, or prevent conditions.

Natural variation

Natural stones can vary in shade, translucency, pattern, inclusion, surface texture, and bead size. Two pieces with the same stone name may not look identical, and this variation is expected rather than a defect.

If you need a specific tone or look before purchase, contact us with the product name. We can advise where possible, but exact stone matching is not guaranteed.
