• Natural variation. Our jewelry features genuine natural gemstones. Each stone is unique — color, pattern, and inclusions may vary from product photographs. This is a natural characteristic, not a defect.
• Spiritual properties disclaimer. Energetic, metaphysical, and spiritual properties described on our website are drawn from traditional cultural beliefs. They are not medical claims and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Our jewelry is not a substitute for medical advice.
• Color accuracy. Colors may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor calibration and lighting. We photograph products as accurately as possible.
• Pricing and availability. Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which Auramere may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, availability limits, or inability to ship to your region. If an order is cancelled, a full refund is issued promptly.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, processed securely through Shopify Payments and its partners. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or international transaction charges from your card issuer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Please see our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, rates, and DDP duty coverage. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

6. Returns and Warranty

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Manufacturing defect claims within one year of purchase are governed by our Warranty page.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, product photographs, text, the Auramere name, and branding — is owned by Auramere or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. We encourage you to contact us first at support@auramerejewelry.com to resolve any dispute in good faith. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty, constitute the entire agreement between you and Auramere regarding our website and products.
