Every Auramere bracelet uses 100% natural gemstones — no heat treatment, no dyeing, no synthetic substitutes. The hardware is 18K gold vacuum-plated titanium steel. The bracelets are handmade in Vietnam, where the studio has been operating since 2019.
The stones
All stones are natural. That means the color, pattern, and texture you see is the stone as it came from the earth — not enhanced by heat to deepen the color (a common practice in mass jewelry), not dyed to achieve a more uniform tone, not replaced by a glass or resin synthetic that mimics the look.
Natural stones vary. No two amethyst bracelets are exactly alike. The purple runs lighter or deeper depending on the specific material. Auramere treats this as a feature, not a flaw — it is part of what a real stone looks like.
What you will not find in Auramere pieces:
- Heat-treated stones (a practice that deepens color but obscures the natural material)
- Dyed stones (artificially colored to cover low-quality material)
- Synthetic stones (lab-created or glass imitations sold as natural)
- Plastic or resin substitutes

The hardware
Metal components use 18K gold vacuum-plated titanium steel. This is a specific process worth understanding:
Titanium steel is the base — a medical-grade alloy known for being hypoallergenic and more resistant to tarnish than standard stainless steel. It does not react with most skin types.
Vacuum plating applies the gold finish in a chamber under controlled conditions, bonding the coating more durably than standard electroplating. The result holds longer before showing wear.
This is different from gold-filled, gold-plated brass, or vermeil. Gold-plated brass is common in mass jewelry and tends to tarnish and discolor with regular wear. Vacuum-plated titanium steel maintains its finish under normal conditions.
The process
All pieces are handmade by hand in Vietnam. The studio has been producing bracelets since 2019. Handmade means each piece is assembled individually — not machine-produced in large batches. It also means lead times reflect actual production, not a warehouse pull.
Why this matters when buying
When a product page says "gemstone bracelet," that description covers a wide range — from natural stones to dyed quartz to glass beads. The material difference affects appearance over time (natural stones develop a natural patina; dyed stones can fade or bleed color), durability, and the integrity of the piece.
