Every Auramere piece is inspected before it leaves our studio. We stand behind our craftsmanship.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Clasp, wire, or structural failures under normal wear
- Stone setting failures not caused by impact or misuse
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and patina over time
- Damage from impact, chemicals, water exposure, or improper storage
- Lost stones due to accidental impact
- Items that have been altered or repaired by a third party
How to Claim
Email support@auramerejewelry.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days with the appropriate resolution.
