Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every Auramere piece. If something is not right, this policy explains return eligibility, return shipping, and refund timing.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • Returned with original packaging and order details
  • Approved by our team before shipment back to us

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@auramerejewelry.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos if relevant.
  2. Wait for written approval and return instructions from our team. Do not send items back without approval.
  3. Ship the item securely with tracking to the return address we provide. Returns sent without approval may be refused or delayed.
  4. After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind, fit, or preference returns: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. If confirmed, Auramere will cover return shipping and offer an appropriate resolution.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been worn, altered, washed, resized by a third party, or damaged after delivery
  • Customized, personalized, or resized pieces unless defective
  • Final sale items and gift cards
  • Returns requested after the 30-day return window

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
