Shipping & Delivery

Auramere pieces are handmade and prepared through our studio in Hanoi, Vietnam. This page explains processing times, shipping costs, delivery estimates, tracking, and duties for your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipment. Weekends, Vietnamese public holidays, product launches, promotions, and custom requests may add time. If an order requires additional preparation, we will contact you by email.

Carrier & Tracking

Orders ship from Vietnam through international carrier partners. For United States orders, USPS handles final-mile delivery where available. Tracking information is emailed after dispatch. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For US orders, Auramere ships on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms where applicable: duties and import taxes are included in the checkout price and you should not be charged additional customs fees on delivery. For destinations outside the United States, available shipping, duties, and taxes may vary by country and will be shown or confirmed before fulfillment.

Delivery Notes

  • Delivery estimates are business days and do not include weekends or local public holidays.
  • Carrier delays, customs checks, weather events, service disruptions, or incorrect addresses may extend delivery time.
  • Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible before dispatch.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

If tracking is delayed or shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with your household, neighbors, building management, and local post office first. Then email support@auramerejewelry.com within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with the carrier investigation.
