You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes. This means payment was accepted and your order is queued for preparation.
In Preparation
Our team is hand-selecting and preparing your piece. This takes 1–3 business days.
Dispatched
Your order has shipped. A tracking number has been emailed to you.
Delivered
Your piece has arrived. Enjoy it — and reach out if anything needs attention.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days of your order, email support@auramerejewelry.com with your order number.
Issues with Your Order
