Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are:
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged
- Returned in original packaging with order details
How to Return
- Contact us first — Email support@auramerejewelry.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, item name, reason, and photos if relevant.
- Receive approval — Do not send items back without written confirmation from our team.
- Ship securely — Return address: Ngõ 135 Phố Đội Cấn, Hà Nội 100000, Vietnam. Use a tracked shipping method.
- Receive your refund — Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos — we will cover return shipping and resolve the issue.
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after receipt
- Customized, personalized, or resized pieces (unless defective)
- Final sale items, gift cards, or returns requested after 30 days
